Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Revel Crew LLC collects when you visit our website, book a call or become a client, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries, bookings and client work that begin here.
Who we are
Revel Crew LLC, a limited liability company organised in Wyoming, United States, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
For any question, request or concern about your personal information, write to us at hello@revelcrew.com.
Information we collect
You give us directly
- Your name, email address, phone number, business name, location and the services you are interested in, when you contact us or request an audit.
- Appointment details submitted through Calendly when you book a call — such as the date, time, timezone and any notes you add.
- Anything else you choose to send us in a message, brief, document or during a call.
- Billing and payment details needed to invoice you and deliver a paid engagement.
Collected automatically
- Meta Pixel. Our website uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising technology). It can record your device type, browser and operating system, IP address in truncated form, the pages you view, the time spent on a page, the site that referred you, and whether you arrived from or later converted from a Meta ad.
- Cookies, pixels and similar local storage used by Meta to recognise a browser across visits and to measure ad performance.
- Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as request metadata and error information.
From our partners
- Calendly shares booking records with us. Our email and hosting providers pass along delivery and usage information.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health, religion, political opinion or biometric data. Please don't send it to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and tell you whether we can help.
- To schedule, remind you of, and hold a call, and to prepare for it so the conversation is useful.
- To deliver the website, automation or growth work we have agreed with you, and to support you afterwards.
- To measure whether our advertising on Meta is working, and to show our ads to people more likely to need us.
- To keep business, accounting and correspondence records.
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or fraudulent activity.
- To meet a legal, tax or regulatory obligation.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not make fully automated decisions about you that have a legal or similarly significant effect.
Cookies and tracking
The website itself does not set advertising cookies on its own. The third-party tracking in use is the Meta Pixel. It is used to measure conversions, build audiences for advertising, and optimise campaigns. We do not use Google Analytics or other advertising networks on this site.
How to opt out
- Meta ad preferences: facebook.com/adpreferences lets you control personalised ads from Meta.
- The Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page, optout.aboutads.info, covers cross-context advertising cookies in your browser.
- Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, and its Do Not Track signal is respected where honoured.
Where the law requires consent before non-essential tracking, we place the Pixel only after you give it. Opting out does not stop you from using the website.
How we share data
- Service providers who process information for us under contract — Calendly for scheduling, our hosting and site delivery provider, our email provider, and our accounting tools.
- Meta, as a technology partner, receives information through the Pixel for ad measurement and delivery.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant or lawyer, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, where we are legally compelled to disclose it.
- A buyer if all or part of the business is sold or transferred, on the same terms as this policy.
Providers are permitted to use information only to perform the job we hired them for. We do not receive money for sharing personal information, and we honour requests to stop the sharing that a tracking pixel represents.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on:
- Contract — taking steps before and during an engagement with you.
- Consent — non-essential tracking and marketing messages you have asked for.
- Legitimate interests — securing the website, answering enquiries, and understanding what visitors find useful, balanced against your privacy.
- Legal obligation — accounting, tax and record-keeping duties.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Have your information erased where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to our processing, and object to direct marketing at any time.
- Receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting what happened before.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would rather hear from you first.
If you are in India
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may give, withdraw or limit your consent, request access to and correction or erasure of your data, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to us at hello@revelcrew.com and we will act on it; you may also escalate to the authority established under the Act.
If you are in California
- Request that we disclose what we collect, the sources, and who we share it with.
- Request deletion of information we collected from you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information; the advertising pixel described above is the only activity that may count as sharing, and we stop it when you ask.
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
Making a request
Email hello@revelcrew.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first. We do not charge for a reasonable request.
International transfers
Our company is in the United States and our providers are largely hosted there, so information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or another country with different data protection rules. Where the law requires safeguards for such a transfer, we put them in place — for example Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum with our providers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and prospect details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to keep them.
- Client records: for the life of the engagement, then as long as accounting, tax or contract law requires — commonly up to seven years.
- Booking and calendar data: retained according to our Calendly account settings, and deleted on request.
- Pixel and cookie data: kept by Meta under its own retention schedule; you can clear it from your browser at any time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to systems and records is limited to the people who need it, and we choose providers with reasonable security practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety — only that we take care proportionate to the risk.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us at hello@revelcrew.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our tools and obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will also tell clients by email where we have their contact details.
Questions about your data?
Write to us and a person — not an autoresponder — will handle it.
